We first met Kim while visiting Eugene on a job interview. A friend of ours recommended her as a great resource. She was willing to take us on a driving tour of the Eugene/Springfield area even though we were not actively looking to purchase a house. She helped us understand neighborhoods and provided us pricing information for houses that would be in a future budget. Upon moving to Eugene, we started working with Kim to discuss our wants and needs. We loved her energy and appreciated how patient she was in answering all of our questions. Her knowledge and experience of the housing market in Eugene/Springfield was impressive. She was attentive to our needs and preferences while keeping in mind our budget and location. We found our dream home in about eight weeks after viewing multiple houses, which checked all of our boxes. We truly appreciated Kim’s opinion and positive attitude throughout the process. We were most impressed with Kim’s knowledge on how to navigate and write a winning offer in a hot market where multiple offers are the norm. She is also extremely knowledgeable about following through on all the details needed to finalize a sale. All of her recommendations for inspectors and finances were excellent. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with a more friendly, knowledgeable, and caring expert. We would definitely work with Kim again and recommend her to friends and family looking for a new home.
